Meyer Burger announces SIX ruling on delisting of its shares

Meyer Burger Technology AG announces that SIX Exchange Regulation AG has rejected its renewed request for an extension of the deadline for submitting its 2024 annual report. As a result, SIX has ordered the delisting of the registered shares. The company will provide further information on the next steps in due course.
