Module Testing

Module inspection systems primarily test the performance of solar modules. The modules are also checked for quality defects. Measuring technologies are indispensable for the production of solar products. Each individual solar module is tested in the test process for performance, hipot and electroluminescence. The module test is performed using LED lighting technology.

After the detailed test, the solar modules are sorted according to performance classes. The precise power measurement of the finished modules is correspondingly important.

Our module test systems

The module test systems of the Meyer Burger brand Pasan are suitable for conventional crystalline silicon-based modules as well as for highly efficient heterojunction modules. They can also test bifacial solar modules. The inspection systems deliver Triple-A-Plus measurement results (TÜV certified).

All module test systems from Meyer Burger can be integrated into existing solar module production lines.
