For our sales and service base in China, we are seeking per November, 2018 a/an:

Technical Support Specialist

Your Tasks
  • 2nd level technical support:support field service engineer;customer support  through phone, e-mail 、remote support or tickets system . Escalate technical and customer issue timely to next level support. Ticket management,hot issue support
  • Collect technical and build technical library/service bulletin from TPCs and flow down to engineer
  • Collect and Provide  Continuous Production Improvement advice,and extend to TPC
  • Service sale support,provide the product upgrade or retrofit proposal, cost analysis in time,and research and confirm the business of service Project
  • Regular meeting with TPC, coordinate the TPC resource, learning or getting the training from TPC if need
  • Provide the training for field service engineers,Cross country/global support
Your qualifications
  • Background and knowledge in designated fields as electrical, chemical, process, manufacturing, software, etc
  • 5+ years in industrial customer service, engineering or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of PLC,automatics,drive technology,know how to use TwinCAT
  • Continuously learn and develop technical competency to improve the capability of services
  • Good sense in customer relationship and customer satisfaction
  • Good communication and good in oral and written English.Good in MS Office tools
