The accuracy of power measurements depends on the quality and reliability of the testers. The IEC Standard 60904-9 classifies sun simulators / cell testers in three classes A (the best), B and C depending on three parameters.

This means that the CTSLab 906 could be rated class A+ with regard to light uniformity and pulse stability and class A with regard to spectral match. This outstanding quality is the result of Pasan’s more than 30 years of experience and technical expertise in the area of PV measurements.


The CTSLab 906 meets the highest requirements of R&D labs The xenon-flash-based equipment is fitted for spectral response and temperature-dependent measurements of all relevant IV parameters. Cells up to 22 cm x 22 cm (8”) with two or three busbars can be measured. Also, part of the equipment is Pasan’s unique long-lasting and robust contact system, which only casts a minor shadow, thereby reducing any interference with the light source.
